A Note During The Era of Covid-19

A Note from Jeannine –

Right now, we are experiencing a crisis so I’m not able to do the thing I love best, but I did want to fill you in on what I am doing. Here is the short list:

Working closely with my air gurus to stay on top of all the airline waivers and cancellations as well as reviewing the dozens of updates I am receiving daily.

Staying available for my clients who are traveling (emailing, calling and texting) and providing info and assistance to get them home, if necessary.

Since many cruise lines and tour operators have created new policies, I am staying on top of any changes to final payments and cancellations – including advocating for clients who have been forced to change their plans or want to cancel during these uncertain times.

Monitoring and staying in touch with insurance partners so that my clients have information to help them make the right decision.

As my mom used to say, this too will pass, and it will. When it does I will get back to do what I love and what I live for – planning your next vacation.
